British Triathlon and official partner Accenture have teamed up to launch an exciting new team event series for the 2018 season: the Accenture Mixed Team Challenge. The new mass participation triathlon format holds true to the principals of mixed relay, providing people with the opportunity to take part in an inclusive, mixed gender and fun team activity, competing in either:
Relay, in which 3 or fewer people complete just one leg each of a sprint distance triathlon, or
Tribe, in which 3 people complete a sprint distance triathlon each and their race times are combined in a race against other Tribe teams.
All members of the winning Relay and winning Tribe team at each of the Accenture Mixed Team Challenge events will receive a £100 gift voucher to spend on sports kit. What’s more, if you take part in any event across the series, your whole team will be entered into a draw to each win a state of the art racing bike!
